A pig head is divided to obtain the following parts: external ear, nose, skin, fat, head muscles and bones.
The “hot” pig head processing line produced by us allows partition of the head to obtain raw material classes for production of meat products.
Savings, which are obtained when using this processing line, are, first of all, observed for medium and large plants, where processing of pig heads becomes quicker and cheaper, therefore, it becomes an additional source of income, as well as energy savings take place for cooking and cooling of variety meats.
